Sack All The Politicians

The fact that one man would wish to have control over another, by definition, is questionable.

Offer the positions too run Britain to the general public. Those wishing to apply would send curriculum vitae, to be shortlisted for an interview in front of a carefully selected governing body.

Select 12 efficient candidates for the position of government (all from different walks of society), to be paid a fare & substantial wage, an amount that would discourage the temptation of fraud or corruption.

The governing body would monitor the 12 employed. The next best candidate would replace any government official not performing, or inefficient in his or her job.

All policies deemed to be acceptable would be put forward by the government & decided upon by public ballot.
